Philippe Bovet, our winemaker and oenologist, advising and elaborating on the winemaking for the 2023 Bec d’Or wines. These fruitful discussions set in motion the creation of the 2023 Pinot Noir, 2023 Merlot and 2023 Chardonnay wines. At Domaine Bec d’Or, it’s all about cherishing moments together and being part of the winemaking journey. Our harvest activity gathered friends and family – some first timers – for a day of fun   work and engagement with our winemakers. We harvested our Chasselas grapes from one of the Mont-sur-Rolle vineyards. We are proud to have contributed to ¼ out of 6000 kg from the total harvest of that day!

We celebrated the launch of our 2022 rebranded Bec d’Or wines with our esteemed guests at the Auberge Communale de Féchy. The owner, Marc XXX, warmly welcomed us by crafting an exquisite 5 course Menu paired perfectly with each wine. We savored a tasting of the Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Syrah, Chasselas and Viognier wines.

We are always thrilled to taste the first press post-harvest. We had the pleasure of doing so with our winemaker and oenologist in one of our production sites, the Cave de Tartegnin in Mont-sur-Rolle.  We enjoyed a variety of grapes from Pinot Noir to Viognier, vinified in tanks and oak barrels.
