Soils – Made from very old vines and younger vines, this Pinot noir is located on a plot at the top of the hillside. This loess terroir is made up of loose detrital sedimentary deposits formed by the accumulation of silt from wind erosion. It brings minerality, freshness and complexity to this Pinot noir.
Vinification – In the vineyard, particular care is taken and very low yields give maximum concentration and fruit to the grapes. A first sorting is carried out during the harvest then a second before pressing to ensure optimal quality.
Color – Deep garnet red.
Nose – Dominance of very ripe red fruits, wild strawberries and raspberries characterize this Pinot Noir, all about fruit and deliciousness.
Taste – In the mouth, the impression of biting into fresh, just-picked fruit gives an impression of childish pleasure. Then roundness and deliciousness enhance these moments of pure pleasure.
