Vineyard parcels – Lieu-dit “Closets”, in Mont-sur-Rolle. Trained in Guyot.
Harvest – Hand-harvested in small crates on September 23, 2024.
Vinification – Separation of free-run and press juices, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
Appearance – Deep ruby red.
Nose – Notes of ripe red fruits (raspberry and redcurrant). A Merlot with a Pinot-like character.
Palate – Beautifully balanced with fine, crunchy tannins well integrated into the structure. A long, elegant finish, combining delicacy and finesse with a juicy, vibrant character.
Ageing potential – 5 to 10 years.
Food pairing – Roasted duck breast with a raspberry jus and baby potatoes Dry-aged beef burger with caramelised onions.
