LA CÔTE APPELLATION D’ORIGINE CONTRÔLÉE

EN BUGNON

Number of bottles – 1,900 bottles produced.

Vine – 30 years.

Yield – 900 g/m².

Vineyard parcel – Lieu-dit “Bugnon”, in Mont-sur-Rolle. Vines trained in Guyot.

Harvest – Hand-harvested in crates on September 19, 2025.

Vinification – Separation of free-run and press juices, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Appearance – Pale yellow.

Nose – Expressive nose with notes of white flowers, white peach, linden blossom, and citrus.

Palate – A wine of fine intensity, round and elegant, with a beautiful richness. The palate is mouthwatering, supported by vibrant acidity and a long finish.

Ageing potential – Best enjoyed in its youth within the first 3 years, then from around 10 years up to at least 50 years.

Food pairing – Roasted free-range poultry with a light jus and celery purée. Lake Geneva perch fillet meunière, with lemon-brown butter and fresh almonds.
