Vineyard parcel – Lieu-dit “Épines”, in Mont-sur-Rolle trained in Guyot.
Harvest – Hand-harvested in small crates on September 19, 2025.
Vinification – Separation of free-run and press juices, followed by fermentation and ageing in new and second-fill oak barrels for 18 months.
Appearance – Pale golden yellow.
Nose – Floral notes on the nose, with a very pure expression.
Palate – The palate shows fine vinosity and remarkable freshness. A harmonious, delicate and refined wine with a long finish, savoury and clearly expressive of its Chardonnay character.
Ageing potential – 5 to 20 years.
Food pairing – Seared scallops with a light lemon beurre blanc and leeks. Roasted turbot with poultry jus and celery emulsion de céleri.
