Vineyard parcels – Lieu-dits “Vy Grange”, “Bugnon” and “Épines”, in Mont-sur-Rolle Vines trained in Guyot.
Harvest – Hand-harvested in crates on September 19, 2025.
Vinification – Each Chasselas parcel is vinified separately, then blended and aged in epoxy tanks.
Appearance – Pale yellow.
Nose – Aromatic nose with notes of white flowers and linden blossom, with a subtle citrus touch.
Palate – Pure and refined texture, round and elegant with a lovely richness. The palate is mouthwatering, supported by a fine acidity.
Ageing potential – Best enjoyed in its youth within the first 3 years, then from around 10 years up to at least 50 years.
Food pairing – Aperitif, Lake Geneva perch fillets with lemon butter and fresh herbs.
