Terroir – South-east facing and located in Mont-sur-Rolle, the EN CROCHET parcel rests on moderately deep, clay-silt soils with calcareous marl, providing excellent balance, vibrant tension, and an expressive aromatic profile to Viognier.

Vinification – Low yields ensure maximum concentration and fruit intensity. Manual harvest in small crates with sorting carried out entirely in the vineyard guarantees optimal quality. To preserve energy and bright acidity, this cuvée undergoes no malolactic fermentation.

Appearance – Attractive, pale golden-yellow hue.

Nose – Pure and precise, with hallmark Viognier aromas of apricot and ripe lemon.

Palate – Displays remarkable finesse, combining freshness with vivid expression. Long, mouthwatering, sapid and saline on the finish.
